The Digital Media Lab provides online reservation forms. Please select from the list provided below, the reservation that meets your needs. Reservation Confirmations will be sent out within 24 hours after having received the request.

No reservation is considered final until you have received an e-mail confirmation from the Digital Media Lab.

Email requests must be received 72 business hours in advance of date request. In-person requests must be received 48 business hours in advance of date request.

Equipment/Workstation Lab Reservation

Students, faculty, and staff can request to reserve time in the Digital Media Lab for the creation of digital related projects. In order to use the Digital Media Lab all guests are required to fill out the following form:

Equipment Checkout Reservation

Students, faculty, and staff can request to checkout equipment provided by the Digital Media Lab. The equipment for checkout is limited, however, the items can be checked out by filling out the checkout request form provided below:
