The Digital Media Lab offers the University of Miami a centralized facility for exploring the potential to enhance instruction and research through digital audio and video.

Operated by the Otto G. Richter Library, the Digital Media Lab provides a supportive environment for faculty to learn about emerging technologies as well as offering support for students needing to integrate digital media into their coursework. The Digital Media Lab is a place for students and faculty to work individually or in groups with digital audio, video, and images.

The Digital Media Lab is located on the 3rd floor of the Otto G. Richter Library in room 346.


Lab equipment, software and assistance must be scheduled in advance. Complete and submit an online reservation form to make an appointment.
