During its existence from 1961 to 1975, the Truth About Cuba Committee, Inc. issued many publications in various formats including press releases, circular letters, reports, leaflets, and pamphlets to effectively distribute information about Cuba under the Castro regime and the menace of communism. Several of the publications were authored by the Executive Director, Luis V. Manrara. Some of these publications were issued with illustrated covers graphically emphasizing the message contained within.
